Buns & Buns is an absolute must visit spot in Covent Garden! I had such a nice lunch here, the ambiance is so unique and the location is perfect! The highlight of my meal was definitely the pork belly buns! They had a great selection of choices which keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!

This Japanese cousine restaurant is situated inside Convent Garden. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the restaurant is clean.
The staff were very attentive, always looking to fill up your empty glass, and remove any empty plates.
We tried the pork belly bun, hoisin duck bun, edamame, and miso soup. All very well presented and equally tasty.
Worth visiting for a nice meal.

The space and atmosphere of the restaurant looks nice, the food was very good for the price we payed and our waitress Alara was very attentive. Highly recommend

Food is good, however the service was quite bad. The only server that did her job really well was Nusrat, she really saved our night there as the other servers were quite rude, seemed out of it or looked at us funny when we asked to order drinks or food, or simple things like salt. I would recommend have lunch there over dinner, and just bear in mind that it is very noisy in Covent Garden with the public performers. Food was delicious though!

The food was excellent, the environment very nice, the staff friendly and helpful. Our waitress (Nusrat) was extremely likeable and helpful with her suggestions about the menu.

The restaurant has changed: it was better before! I think the teams have changed. It is friendly but less attentive than before. The Tom Yum Soup is still very good but a little less tasty than before. Like many, I regret the 15% fee that is mandatory!

Sono venuto a pranzo in questo posto perché online l’ho trovato molto intrigante. Ho preso due porzioni di bao bun di cui una con anatra alla pechinese e l’altro con pork belly. Ogni porzione aveva due paninetti , Allora la carne in entrambi i panini era buona, cotta molto bene e morbida, ma il fatto che in entrambi c’erano salse che coprivano un po’ i sapori non mi è piaciuto molto. Location bella perche affaccia su Covent Garden ma per il mio palato ci vorrebbero meno salse

Tom Kha soup was nowhere near how it should be, also very salty. Waiter was eager to clean the table, took my glass of water when I had not even finished. Overprized plus they add 15 % service charge to the bill without asking.
